X-Ray Technician - Pullman & Homewood

Tasks

• Accompany patients to exam or procedure rooms
• Administer medications as directed
• Assist providers with procedures
• Assist with inventory and stocking
• Call patients with lab results
• Capture X ray images as ordered by providers
• Clean and disinfect rooms instruments and equipment
• Document patient information in electronic medical record
• Maintain infection control procedures
• Perform clinic procedures per policy
• Prepare and manage electronic medical records
• Prepare exam rooms and set up equipment
• Relay instructions to patients and families
• Send and receive medical records per HIPAA
• Support front office registration
• Triage patients and record vitals
• Update patient demographics and insurance information
