Cloud Support Engineer - Database
Tasks
- Advocate customer feedback for product improvements
- Collaborate on onboarding migrations and complex escalations
- Diagnose production issues for database performance availability replication backups and connectivity
- Guide customers on scalable reliable and high performance database architectures
- Identify opportunities for automation to streamline support workflows
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations
- Provide technical support for database and cloud infrastructure issues
- Review support cases share knowledge and update documentation and playbooks
- Use monitoring and observability tools to troubleshoot performance issues
