Associate Customer Fulfillment Analyst
Tasks
- Collaborate with order administration and 4PL transport management system
- Coordinate order processing by delivery dates and sales targets
- Coordinate rework and VAS activities
- Develop analytical tools for automation and standardization
- Execute operational excellence continuous improvement projects
- Handle customer complaints with warehouse and customers
- Manage order to cash for assigned customers
- Perform potential and error analyses
- Prioritize customer orders
- Review inventory management promotion activities
