AI Engineering Manager

Maria Meier is a innovator in the world of deep tech AI. As the Co-Founder and CTO of Phantasma Labs, she has
spent the last six years building a team of over 20 individuals focused on developing cutting-edge AI solutions for
mobility and industrial planning. She was featured in the Alphalist CTO podcast (2022) and won the "She Loves
Tech" award (2019) for female deep-tech founders.
Her leadership extends far beyond just titles. Maria has overseen the entire product lifecycle for three products,
each built on entirely new technological foundations. This involved everything from initial concept discovery
through client interviews, meticulous planning, and timely delivery, all the way to ongoing support.
But Maria's true passion lies in building exceptional diverse(!) teams. She has fostered a world-class group of AI
specialists in Reinforcement Learning. This team, comprised of data scientists, some with PhDs, data engineers,
and MLOps experts, has the unique ability to craft custom training environments along with robust feedback and
evaluation mechanisms.
