In my current role as Senior Software Developer, Tech Lead at AON Cybersolutions, I lead development and deployment of ML/AI solutions, data cleanup and feature generation with Python and Rust. I also work on model training, testing, cross-validation, and benchmarking. I present results to stakeholders and explain everything in layman’s terms when needed.

I design and develop cloud-based SaaS applications using AWS, DynamoDB, S3, EC2, IAM, ECS, CloudFormation CDK scripts, and other AWS networking services. Additionally, I build REST APIs (Flask, Django) and write technical documentation for clients and internal teams.

Prior to that, I served as the Machine Learning Team Lead at Innovizo, where I developed a full stack ETL solution for big data weather analysis. I lead a team that trained neural networks using NVIDIA CUDA, PyTorch, scikit-learn. I also mentored two ML specialists during my tenure there.

My educational background includes a PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of Oklahoma and an MS in Biotechnology from National Technical University of Ukraine (Polytechnic). In addition to my academic qualifications, I hold several certifications, including Algorithmic Toolbox (Coursera), Data Structures (Coursera), Machine Learning (Coursera) – Stanford, and Machine Learning: Classification (Coursera) from Stanford University.

My skillset encompasses a wide range of programming languages, including Python, Java, C/C++, Rust, JavaScript(React), TypeScript, as well as machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Keras and scikit-learn. I also have experience in cloud engineering, automation engineering, Git, testing tools (Unittest, Selenium), CI/CD, HPC, distributed computing, and cyber security.

Throughout my career, I have worked on various projects that have generated significant revenue for my clients, including a cloud malware analysis platform that generates over $1M/year.
