- Isolate hardware faults
- Lead technical escalation for storage incidents
- Maintain runbooks and escalation procedures
- Participate in on-call incident response
- Perform firmware and software analysis
- Provide technical mentoring for troubleshooting
- Triage production issues using log analysis
- Validate fixes and ensure timely releases
