- Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies
- Create scalable measurement reporting and decision making
- Define success metrics generate insights and hypotheses
- Design and run A/B experiments
- Develop data models and scalable analytics solutions
- Establish operational analytics framework for new markets
- Identify growth and optimization opportunities through analysis
- Mentor junior analysts
- Own end to end analytics process and recommendations
- Run weekly metric reviews and deep dives
- Track performance and build dashboards and reports
- Validate product market fit and economic viability
- Write narratives and business cases for leadership
