Deputy Team Leader - Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and aspiring leader for the Deputy Team Leader role to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving data accuracy, ensuring timely processing, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You’ll help manage day-to-day team operations, contribute to strategic planning, and deliver actionable insights that add value across the organization.

 Your key responsibilities as a Deputy Team Leader will be to:

• Manage end-to-end data collection of static data to ensure efficient, scalable, and accurate processing of large, multi-source datasets. 
• Identify and address data anomalies, inconsistencies, and errors and recommend corrective actions 
• Prepare team’s metrics on a weekly basis including details on breaches and other stats.   
• Handle queries with high analytical skills and drafting customer friendly updates. 
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by adopting the right process.   
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve the problem.   
• Keep track of doubtful or complex calls by constantly monitoring them and discuss with the team/manager about its resolution.   
• Monitor tasks assigned to the teams and chase for completion when it gets delayed.   
• Assist the team members with their tasks assigned and provide the status of completion.   

To join us as a Deputy Team Leader you will need the following experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably with a finance specialization (master’s degree a plus).  
• About 4+ year of experience in data analysis with the ability to identify discrepancies and anomalies  
• Experience with maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of data  
• Proven experience in Static data fields knowledge 
• Experience in tracking and reporting on metrics to management
