MA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

Job Description

Data Acquisition & Management:

►Development of database design, data models and data sources for frontend development and visualization
►Develop and implement ETL processes to extract data from various sales and operational sources for analysis
►Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data cleaning and validation techniques
►Develop and maintain data models to optimize data storage and analysis

Sales Analysis & Insights:

►Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
►Create insightful reports and dashboards using a business intelligence tool (preferably Power BI) to communicate findings to stakeholders

Collaboration & Communication:

►Partner with the sales team to understand their needs and translate data insights into actionable strategies
►Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
►Work cross-functionally with departments to drive data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

►Proficiency in SQL querying
►SSIS, SSAS
►Power BI
►Python is an advantage, not necessary.
►Data analysis and sales analytics.
►Strong communication and presentation skills
►Ability to work independently and as part of a team
