• Perform fund transfers
• Process gifts and endowments through university foundation
• Process invoices via campus systems
• Process journal vouchers
• Provide backup to finance staff
• Reconcile department accounts monthly
• Respond to finance inquiries
• Review and approve Banner requisitions
• Review and approve PCard transactions
• Review and approve TCard transactions
• Review and approve employee reimbursements
• Review and approve iBuy orders
• Review charge card expenses in Emburse
• Support transaction correction
• Update Chart of Accounts
• Verify account string validity
