Storage & Backup Enterprise Services Architect @Advizex (Remote)
Tasks
- Act as technical lead and trusted advisor for enterprise customers
- Architect resilient platforms with monitoring alerting backup and disaster recovery
- Define hybrid cloud architectures for Azure managed services
- Design standardize and evolve multi tenant managed service platforms
- Drive reliability performance and cost optimization improvements
- Ensure architectures align with SLAs SLOs and support models
- Ensure operational readiness for new customers and onboarding
- Establish architecture security and operational standards
- Evaluate Azure services to improve customer outcomes
- Lead major incident response and post incident reviews
- Lead troubleshooting and serve as escalation point
- Maintain hands on storage and backup systems in production
- Mentor senior engineers and architects
- Provide architectural leadership for 24x7 managed service operations
- Support presales and solution design scoping and risk assessment
- Translate business requirements into secure supportable cloud architectures
