- Advocate robust scalable and strategically aligned technical solutions
- Collaborate with claims data scientists on model data and workflow architecture
- Design build and iterate generative AI LLM systems
- Design build and iterate production machine learning systems
- Drive platform and tooling investments for monitoring feedback loops and QA
- Improve claims performance and uncertainty communication to stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership for data science in claims fraud
- Set statistical rigor for experimentation and measurement
- Support claims validation and claims automation
