AI Engineer / Senior Platform Support Officer

Tasks
- Automate support workflows with scripts dashboards and alerts
- Collaborate with L1 and L2 teams to develop runbooks and SOPs
- Ensure platform configurations comply with security and data governance
- Manage incidents using ITIL aligned processes
- Monitor maintain and optimize Gen AI workload health performance and cost efficiency
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Partner with development MLOps and infrastructure teams to improve reliability
- Perform advanced root cause analysis
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Serve as L3 escalation tier for production incidents
- Stay current with platform updates deprecations and new features
- Support deployments and releases for Gen AI models and applications
- Troubleshoot end to end architecture for Gen AI services
