Principal Data Engineer
Tasks
- Architect EHR data pipelines
- Build cloud native ETL and ELT workflows
- Develop reusable integration tooling
- Ensure HIPAA and privacy compliance with encryption access controls and audit logging
- Implement data quality monitoring and lineage tracking
- Ingest normalize and transform clinical data
- Integrate clinical data using FHIR APIs HL7v2 and CCDA
- Lead partner integration and production rollout
- Map and normalize healthcare terminology ICD 10 SNOMED CT LOINC and RxNorm
- Operationalize data foundations for predictive risk and care gaps
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
- Translate care delivery requirements into scalable technical solutions
