- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and testing
- Coordinate vendor support for hardware and software
- Define recovery objectives and restoration procedures
- Maintain documentation and runbooks
- Maintain storage configurations and access controls
- Manage enterprise storage solutions
- Manage storage replication and snapshots
- Monitor backup jobs and retention
- Monitor storage health and capacity
- Perform root cause analysis and post-incident reviews
- Provide incident response for storage and backup
- Provision and decommission storage resources
- Support change management and rollback planning
- Support disaster recovery restoration
- Support replication and data protection technologies
- Troubleshoot backup failures and recovery errors
- Troubleshoot storage performance and availability
- Validate backups and perform recovery testing
