Embedded Service Supervisor (The Bay Area)
Tasks
- Communicate system best practices to clients
- Escalate critical issues to management
- Lead AV service team during system commissioning
- Maintain key client relationships
- Perform preventative maintenance on AV systems
- Present cost estimates and obtain approval
- Provide technical support on-site and remotely
- Report service activities and performance
- Train and develop team members
