AI & Data Platform Operations Lead
Tasks
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives for resilience service quality and operational efficiency
- Coordinate managed service partners and vendors for BAU and after hours support aligned to SLAs
- Drive AI Ops DataOps and SRE practices including readiness gates deployment standards rollback and post incident reviews
- Ensure services are observable resilient and supported by SLOs runbooks and error budgets
- Improve operational performance by reducing incident volume improving recovery time and deployment safety
- Lead operational health and reliability of AI and data platforms
- Manage and prioritize operational backlog for incidents changes automation and resilience improvements
- Mentor and share knowledge across squads and operational teams
- Support operational governance across security privacy compliance and FinOps
