Tasks
- Analyze systems and processes to identify bottlenecks
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Build big data platforms for data ingestion processing serving and governance
- Build end to end data pipelines for ingestion cleaning processing enrichment optimization and serving
- Build vertical slice architectures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer challenges
- Create data catalog and metadata systems
- Design and implement data models and data structures
- Design microservices
- Design test code and instrument data products systems and platforms
- Develop using Test Driven Development
- Develop using behavior driven development
- Implement data quality measurement and monitoring
- Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
- Implement master data management
- Measure, inspect, and drive decisions using data
- Monitor live data products and systems
- Proactively seek code reviews from senior engineers
- Respond to incidents and drive continuous improvement
