Tasks
- Conduct root cause analysis
- Create end-user training materials
- Deploy monitor and maintain AI solutions
- Develop API based AI integrations
- Ensure AI security scalability reliability
- Implement CI/CD and MLOps pipelines
- Integrate AI and ML into enterprise systems
- Liaise with vendors and application teams
- Manage IT asset lifecycle procurement inventory and disposal
- Manage IT support resources team
- Manage service levels and SLA performance
- Manage third-party service providers
- Manage vendor work and deliverables
- Operationalize AI models in production
- Optimize AI systems based on performance and usage
- Produce operational reports daily weekly monthly
- Provide infrastructure maintenance and support
- Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 service issues
- Support application teams with AI integration guidance
