- Act as primary technical delivery contact
- Configure Data Cloud Data Transforms and Calculated Insights
- Create data modeling DMOs and relationship design
- Design and govern data modeling and identity unification
- Drive UAT go live readiness and post production optimization
- Enable segmentation and activation
- Ensure scalability performance and data governance
- Govern data ingestion strategies
- Guide teams in building and deploying Data Cloud solutions
- Lead solution design reviews
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders for delivery roadmaps
- Provide effort estimates and delivery status updates
- Support defect resolution and optimization
- Translate business requirements into technical designs
