Tasks
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to deliver multi week implementations
- Define adoption metrics AI scorecards and KPIs
- Design and build AI driven internal developer tools
- Drive AI powered refactoring of monolithic components
- Establish AI evaluation frameworks orchestration and governance
- Evaluate and integrate AI technologies for developer workflows
- Implement scalable AI assisted development workflows and standards
- Lead modernization and migration automation initiatives
- Measure time to market code quality and incident reduction
- Own AI enhanced code review and test automation
