Engineering Manager (m/f/d) Machine Learning
Tasks
- Capture machine learning engineering requirements for the MLOps platform team
- Define design patterns and quality benchmarks
- Drive technical strategy and architecture across data science and engineering teams
- Establish machine learning engineering standards and best practices
- Lead and scale machine learning engineering team
- Mentor engineers and build culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Partner with data scientists to deploy machine learning models
- Translate MLOps platform capabilities into practical guidance
