Data Scientist, Underwriting
Tasks
- Build risk models and forecast outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering and product to architect automated underwriting systems
- Design experiments and metrics for risk and pricing decisions
- Design train and deploy production underwriting models
- Develop simulation platform to model conversion and risk exposure
- Identify data driven opportunities to improve growth and profitability
- Ingest and evaluate new data sources from partner platforms
- Perform risk based pricing optimization and experimentation
