Tasks
- Communicate inventory and equipment issues
- Coordinate replenishment with team
- Deescalate member concerns
- Handle damaged goods
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Meet productivity requirements and SLA
- Move merchandise to staging area
- Operate equipment
- Package orders according to SOP
- Process member purchases
- Process returns
- Pull merchandise from pick list
- Remove trash and cardboard from work area
- Update merchandise locations
- Use handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts
