Tasks
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams during incidents
- Execute pipeline validation and deployment verification
- Maintain operational documentation and incident records
- Manage code repositories and access requests
- Manage monitoring alerts and update tickets in ITSM
- Monitor CI CD pipelines and deployment jobs
- Monitor application and infrastructure logs
- Monitor containerized applications and orchestration platforms
- Perform cloud platform monitoring
- Provide 24 7 shift based monitoring and operational support
- Provide level 1 operational support for DevOps platforms
- Support CI CD tools and workflows
- Support production staging UAT and development environments
- Troubleshoot build failures and deployment issues
