Administrative Enrollment Specialist (63584)
Tasks
- Assess and interview prospective students
- Assist with accounts payable reporting and reconciliation
- Conduct campus tours
- Confirm admission paperwork and start date readiness
- Determine eligibility for transportation industry employment
- Develop referrals and leads
- Discuss payment options
- Enroll eligible students and complete required forms
- Facilitate student application selection and enrollment
- Follow up on inquiries and interview no shows
- Meet or exceed enrollment objectives
- Prepare and send invoices
- Prepare student documents for first day of class
- Process student payments
- Provide employer and placement information
- Record student attendance and earnings
- Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls and emails
- Schedule appointments with prospective students
- Update student transcripts and prepare graduation certificates
