Tasks
- Build integrations using REST APIs SOAP APIs IntegrationHub and MID Server
- Configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions
- Develop AI powered automation and conversational workflows
- Follow ServiceNow security guidelines and coding standards
- Implement intelligent workflows
- Orchestrate workflows across enterprise applications
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution
- Support deployment UAT and hypercare activities
- Support platform upgrades enhancements and release management
- Translate requirements into technical solutions
