- Conduct post incident analysis and manage problem tickets
- Create evidence for audit requirements
- Create triage and resolve incidents
- Execute regression testing in non production
- Maintain knowledge base repository and runbooks
- Monitor application jobs and processes
- Perform batch job performance monitoring and optimization
- Propose pipeline and process improvement solutions
- Provide 24x7 production support for data engineering applications
- Run daily load status reporting
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures and resolve incidents
- Validate applications after patching
