Tasks
- Advise customers on Claude architecture and agent design
- Advise delivery teams during deployment
- Advise on security compliance data residency and governance
- Conduct proofs of value and security reviews
- Develop business value case with C level stakeholders
- Guide enterprise customers through evaluation and procurement
- Identify patterns and feed insights to product and engineering
- Lead technical win for enterprise deals
- Run executive briefings and technical workshops
- Set target architecture and define what good looks like
