Tasks
- Assess business challenges and define Agentforce solution scope
- Build reusable tools assets and patterns
- Create technical designs and communicate business value
- Develop agents prompts topics actions flows and integrations
- Lead technical design and hands on development of Agentforce solutions
- Manage parallel client engagements and delivery
- Mentor and enable teams with technical content and reference architectures
- Provide technical escalation and resolution guidance for Agentforce projects
- Provide voice of the customer feedback to product and engineering
- Run live enablement sessions
- Serve as subject matter expert on Salesforce Agentforce
- Support pre sales technical validation and services scoping
- Write Apex and SOQL code for customer requirements
