Tasks
- Analyze inline param and probe data
- Apply statistical modeling and machine learning to solve yield issues
- Design and analyze experiments to improve process capabilities
- Develop automated reports and dashboards to communicate results
- Extract cleanse and analyze datasets from SQL databases sensor networks and tool logs
- Identify yield detractors and drive continuous improvement
