Tasks
- Analyze extraction errors and model behavior
- Build and evaluate retrieval augmented generation workflows
- Collaborate to integrate methods into tools and reproducible pipelines
- Collaborate with domain experts to translate protocol knowledge into computable representations
- Construct knowledge graphs and perform ontology grounding
- Define research milestones evaluation criteria and publication strategy
- Design and implement biomedical NLP methods for literature mining
- Develop benchmark datasets and evaluation pipelines
- Develop entity normalization and KG query workflows
- Perform in context learning and fine tuning
