Tasks

• Complete initial applications and re credentialing
• Document and record training sessions
• Ensure accurate provider enrollment and termination records
• Implement client and company quality assurance standards
• Maintain provider information and documentation
• Manage client payer enrollment follow up
• Monitor mPower and provider reports
• Oversee provider education issue resolution
• Perform staff quality assurance and productivity monitoring
• Protect and handle protected health information in line with HIPAA
• Provide client point of contact issue troubleshooting
• Provide offshore feedback on quality assurance
• Train staff on enrollment processes
• Verify provider and group information with insurance companies
