Tasks
- Analyze logs alerts and error messages
- Collaborate with infrastructure application and vendor teams
- Communicate with stakeholders during incidents
- Configure secure protocols
- Contribute to continuous service improvement
- Ensure transfers meet security audit and data protection standards
- Escalate issues to third line or vendors
- Investigate failed delayed or duplicate file transfers
- Manage user access authentication and certificates
- Monitor SFT service availability and performance
- Perform certificate renewals and housekeeping
- Produce support documentation runbooks and knowledge articles
- Set scheduling triggers and routing rules
- Support change deployments patching and platform upgrades
- Support incident response and major incident resolution
- Support key certificate and credential management
- Support onboarding new file transfer partners and applications
- Support testing for integrations and platform changes
