• Conduct exposure response and PBPK analyses
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and documents
• Develop model informed drug development analysis plans
• Drive dose optimization through and after proof of concept
• Lead and develop scientists
• Lead clinical pharmacology and posology strategy
• Lead early and late stage protocol contributions
• Perform population pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics analyses
• Prepare PK PD sections for study protocols and reports
• Provide clinical pharmacology input across functions
• Recommend first in human starting dose
• Shape late stage trial design
