Tasks
- Analyze problems and develop solutions using database queries
- Build and distribute EHR reports
- Configure EHR workflows build worklists apply boolean rules populate masterfiles and CDM
- Coordinate cutover and activation activities
- Coordinate new services requests for network hardware and software
- Coordinate project prework configuration testing training activation and post live support
- Create test scripts and perform testing
- Design configure develop and evaluate predictive models
- Document application design and build documents
- Implement approved system changes and notify stakeholders of concerns
- Lead operational workgroups and document work completed and next steps
- Participate in interface planning design and testing
- Provide after hours on call support for critical systems
- Recommend and implement data security integrity backup and recovery procedures
- Serve as liaison between end users and vendor implementation staff
- Support EHR and clinical information system build and maintenance
- Train analysts and super users and develop training materials
- Troubleshoot problems and respond to questions
