Head of AI Service Delivery (m/w/d)
Tasks
- Answer delivery team questions on AI services processes and contracts
- Coordinate with AI engineers and business development
- Deliver AI services according to contracts
- Ensure service processes and standards are followed
- Handle customer requests via email ticket and calls
- Monitor fulfillment KPIs and initiate corrective actions
- Onboard AI service customers
- Present service updates to executives
- Provide escalation for early problem detection
- Resolve customer complaints
