Our client, an e-learning company for legal professionals, is seeking a Remote Business Analyst to support business, finance, and sales operations. In this role, you will be key in analyzing and reporting business data across various departments, including financial analysis, sales reporting, and data visualization. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze client success metrics and build compelling stories from data to drive business decisions and client success. You'll manage complex data structures across multiple objects and databases, ensuring data accuracy and generating actionable insights. To be successful in this role, you must have strong data analysis skills and be capable of crafting compelling stories from the data and presenting your insights to clients. [Remote] Business Analyst (Data analysis exp req) Responsibilities

•    Analyze and interpret data to improve course content and user engagement
•    Support business analysis, including YTD success metrics and performance evaluations
•    Manipulate data to craft stories supporting sales and marketing efforts
•    Create data-driven presentations using PowerPoint for internal teams and clients
•    Present data-driven insights to internal teams and clients to tell a story
•    Conduct financial analysis, including sales commission payments and cash projections
•    Analyze contractor payments and invoicing processes
•    Develop data visualizations using Tableau and Google Sheets
•    Ensure data accuracy and manage database associations across multiple objects
•    Collaborate across departments to enhance business operations

[Remote] Business Analyst (Data analysis exp req) Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    1+ years of data analysis experience required
•    Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint required
•    Familiarity working with Databases and manipulating data required
•    Basic understanding of financial analysis required
•    Strong numerical/analytical skills, with the ability to craft compelling data stories required
