About this role 

In this role, you will develop and maintain the strategies for our JDE product data management, associated processes and applications. You will also establish our JDE Data Management standards, processes and review procedures in collaboration with our cross-functional teams. As a member of our program review meetings you will ensure JDE items are setup accurately and in a time frame that supports our business needs. You will be a key team member who supports our business critical functions such as customer support, supply chain, logistics, and warehouse. You will also be responsible for managing our obsolescence product process on a quarterly basis or as needed in collaboration with our Product Management, SIOP and Finance teams as a part of our new product introduction. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collate all the essential data required to setup new or update existing products data in the item master and respective branch plants for multiple product lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect info related to bill of materials, setup routers, setup inter-transfer price for timely cost-roll completion in JDE.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and respond to constantly changing priorities.
  • Assist finance team during annual standard cost update.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment independently and in a team atmosphere.

Required Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in design / manufacturing data management and control.

Preferred Qualifications    

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • JD Edwards experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) / Product Data Management (PDM).
