About this role

As the Supplier Quality Data Analytics Leader at Carrier WHQ Operations (Supplier Quality & Development) in Palm Beach Gardens, FL the main responsibility is to lead initiatives in the overall function of managing Supplier Quality & Development processes and/or projects as an individual contributor.

This is an onsite role.  

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and recommendations to implement supplier qualification/certification, assessment, monitoring, escape management, and quality issue resolution processes
• Manage the analysis of quality data and development of Supplier specific quality issue resolution and corrective actions
• Drive support for the Carrier Supplier Gold program, ensure healthy continuous improvement and sustainability
• Provide Data Analytics i.e. Collect, review, analyze, identify problems, and work with Site Supplier Quality & Supplier Development departments to launch projects
• Work with the Enterprise Quality team to automate and digitize data collection
• Update and maintain supplier-related metrics (using i.e. defects, PPM and V-dive)
• Control Supplier access to Power BI Supplier Dashboard and oversee the Power BI Support group’s LTI (long-term initiatives)
• Work with sites globally to improve monthly data uploads

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 plus years of experience in Operations data analytics or continuous improvement
• Six-Sigma Green or Black Belt

Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

• Bachelor in Engineering Industrial or Mechanical
• Master Black Belt
• MS Excel and Statistical for advance data analysis
• MS PowerPoint to create presentations
