Tasks
- Align product vision with product owners and stakeholders
- Build and mentor AI engineering and QA teams
- Build reusable data and model pipelines
- Collaborate with data scientists for model integration
- Conduct code reviews and architecture decision records
- Coordinate contractor and vendor support
- Create user friendly visualizations and interfaces
- Define quality standards and release readiness criteria
- Develop AI ML powered features and inference pipelines
- Embed DevSecOps security controls and compliance checks
- Ensure production ready models across training monitoring retraining rollback
- Establish CI CD pipelines automated testing deployment standards
- Integrate models into production applications
- Lead iterative prototyping and continuous improvement
- Own end to end engineering delivery for DecisionIQ
- Set technical direction and coaching routines
- Translate user requirements into technical specifications
- Use observability tools to monitor system behavior
