Tasks
- Apply agile practices

- Collaborate with domain experts
- Contribute to deployment to production
- Create production data services
- Design and maintain APIs
- Develop data pipelines
- Develop genome analysis workflows
- Ensure data quality and clinical accuracy
- Implement data models for genomic knowledge
- Integrate and validate heterogeneous biological datasets
- Perform variant annotation and gene disease curation
- Translate clinical requirements into robust software
- Write automated tests
- Write technical documentation and decision logs
