Analytics Engineer, Life Sciences Delivery Operations
Tasks
- Apply HIPAA de identification rules in pipeline code
- Author and maintain dbt models and PySpark transformation jobs
- Configure AWS S3 delivery paths and file staging
- Define acceptance criteria and execute UAT
- Design delivery endpoint configurations as code
- Execute monthly RWD deliveries across channel partners
- Generate and validate delivery manifests
- Implement CI CD workflows with PR based review
- Implement data validation and schema checks
- Maintain query libraries data dictionaries and pipeline documentation
- Manage engineering work with Jira and Confluence
- Orchestrate automated delivery execution with Argo Workflows
- Perform root cause analysis for data anomalies
- Refactor and scale automated RWD data delivery pipeline
- Run tokenization workflows and delivery QC
- Track data quality metrics and refresh SLAs
- Triage and resolve channel partner data inquiries
