AI Engineer, Assistant Vice President
Tasks
- Apply validation explainability and hallucination mitigation
- Build RAG pipelines using structured and unstructured data
- Build and maintain AI services and APIs
- Deliver intelligent document processing and AI copilots
- Design build and deploy production AI and ML solutions
- Develop LLM based applications with prompt engineering and inference workflows
- Develop agent based and multi step AI workflows
- Ensure compliance and auditability
- Ensure data readiness for AI including quality access and transformation
- Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices including deployment versioning and monitoring
- Implement data privacy security and model reliability controls
- Implement embeddings semantic search and vector based retrieval
- Integrate AI solutions with Databricks Snowflake and cloud platforms
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and APIs
- Optimize performance, scalability, and cost
- Perform model evaluation logging and rollback
- Translate business problems into deployable AI solutions
