- Collaborate with architects and SRE leads on technical direction
- Define and report SLA, SLO, SLIs
- Deliver technical presentations
- Develop long-term technical vision and roadmap

- Identify and resolve operational issues

- Meet QE DevSec FinOps KPIs
- Mentor coach and develop software quality reliability engineers
- Oversee technical fulfillment projects
- Review code for ambiguous problems
- Set engineering priorities and coordinate work activities
