As a Lead Data Analyst on our client’s Business Intelligence Team, you’ll be at the heart of their data-driven transformation. You’ll work alongside the Commercial, Technical Project Management, Operations, and Customer Success teams, helping to craft solutions that drive growth, uncover trends, and optimize performance across a diverse, global client base. Your Mission:

• Dig deep into complex datasets, spotting trends and patterns that reveal where the company can grow next.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requests into meaningful analytics briefs.

• Answer key business questions, proactively looking for ways to boost efficiency and productivity.
  
• Work closely with data engineers to create assets that support automation, advanced analytics, and machine learning.
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years in data analysis, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
  
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills, plus the ability to master other analytical tools.
  
• Skilled in presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  
• A detail-oriented, proactive thinker with a passion for identifying growth opportunities.
  
• Strong ability to simplify complex insights for a broad audience.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.
  
• Advanced SQL skills for working with data warehouses (Redshift, Hive, SparkSQL, Athena).
  
• Proficiency in analytical programming (Python) and data visualization tools (preferably Tableau).
  
• Software engineering fundamentals (Git, GitHub) to keep your code production-ready.
