- Conduct root cause analysis
- Configure SAP S4HANA EWM warehouse management processes
- Configure SAP S4HANA TM transportation management processes
- Coordinate testing upgrades and change management
- Deliver system enhancements using SAP best practices
- Ensure SLA compliance
- Maintain configuration documentation and integration specifications
- Manage freight cost and rate determination
- Manage incidents
- Monitor system performance interfaces queues and integrations
- Perform problem management
- Prioritize fulfillment support backlog
- Provide SAP fulfillment production support
- Support EWM integration with SD MM PP QM TM
- Support warehouse automation and 3PL integrations
- Troubleshoot IDocs and middleware integrations
