Tasks
- Apply service packs and cumulative updates
- Configure and maintain transactional replication
- Develop and troubleshoot SSIS SSRS and SSAS solutions
- Implement and test disaster recovery strategies
- Install and configure Microsoft SQL Server
- Maintain databases in Azure
- Manage high availability solutions
- Migrate databases and BI components
- Monitor and analyze using DMV and DBCC
- Perform SQL Server upgrades and maintenance plans
- Perform database refreshes across environments
- Plan capacity management and data archival
- Run proactive health checks
- Standardize SQL Server installation and configuration guidelines
- Troubleshoot deadlocks and performance issues
- Tune queries and optimize performance
