Electrical Engineer – Embedded Systems & Instrumentation (NDE)
Tasks
- Apply analog signal conditioning and digital signal processing to sensor data
- Build integrate and test prototypes in laboratory evaluation
- Design and implement motion control systems
- Design and prototype custom printed circuit boards
- Design sensor and measurement solutions using COTS hardware
- Develop embedded hardware and firmware for data acquisition systems
- Develop power distribution and control systems for test applications
- Document technical progress and test results for customer reports and proposals
- Integrate sensor based monitoring and control systems
- Select configure and troubleshoot instrumentation and data acquisition systems
- Troubleshoot modify repair and improve electronic and electromechanical systems
