Tasks
- Analyze metrics and track daily weekly goals
- Document root cause analysis for operational issues
- Follow security and safety policies and procedures
- Install and remove server racks
- Maintain data center facilities
- Manage IT infrastructure hardware lifecycle on site
- Monitor infrastructure during maintenance and change management
- Perform on-call incident response
- Provide first level troubleshooting and customer support
- Repair IT hardware and network devices
- Respond to emergencies affecting operations
- Support shift based operations and site 5S
